About the Role
Practical Quality Management Systems (PQMS) is seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to design, coordinate, and oversee our professional development programs. With a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of on-the-job training techniques and adult learning principles.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Create training materials and content for various training programs.
Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors, and make necessary improvements.
Manage the annual training budget and ensure cost-effectiveness of training programs.
Develop team members’ skills and knowledge through effective mentorship and coaching.
Regularly communicate with management and HR departments to determine training needs.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in training and development management.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
Strong knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
