About the Role
PQMS is looking for an experienced Risk Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management and mitigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential risks, developing mitigation plans, implementing risk management processes, and driving risk-related strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and assess threats to the organization's operations and objectives.
Develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies and processes.
Monitor and analyze risks within the company's business units and report on these risks to senior management.
Perform risk evaluations, which involve comparing estimated risks with established risk criteria.
Coordinate with other departments to record and monitor corporate risk registers.
Conduct policy and compliance audits to ensure effective risk management.
Develop and deliver risk education to business units.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a risk management role.
Strong analytical skills to understand and analyze complex risk scenarios.
Experience with risk management software is a plus.
Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification or other relevant certification is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
