About the Role
PQMS is looking for a Regulatory Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in the field. The individual will be responsible for ensuring our company's compliance with various regulatory requirements, including policies, standards, and regulations that pertain to our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and apply relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines to our business operations.
Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
Conduct regulatory research and keep aware of changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and maintain good relationships.
Contribute to the development of internal procedures and controls to meet regulatory requirements.
Provide regulatory guidance to various departments within the organization.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a regulatory role, preferably within our industry.
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
