About the Role

PQMS is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing our quality standards and testing systems to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures and systems.


  • Conduct routine QA tests and inspections.


  • Identify, troubleshoot, and document quality assurance issues.


  • Assist in the development of standard procedures to maintain consistent quality.


  • Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs).


  • Participate in internal audits, inspections, and training activities.


  • Work cross-functionally with teams to drive quality improvements.


  • Support the continuous improvement of the quality management system.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance.


  • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulatory requirements.


  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.


  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or similar quality systems is a plus.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
