About the Role
PQMS is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing our quality standards and testing systems to ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures and systems.
Conduct routine QA tests and inspections.
Identify, troubleshoot, and document quality assurance issues.
Assist in the development of standard procedures to maintain consistent quality.
Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs).
Participate in internal audits, inspections, and training activities.
Work cross-functionally with teams to drive quality improvements.
Support the continuous improvement of the quality management system.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or similar quality systems is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
