About the Role
PQMS is looking for a Lean Process Improvement Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in process improvement initiatives. As a Lean Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving operational efficiency through the application of Lean principles and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Lean improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization.
Provide training and coaching to employees in Lean principles and techniques.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and initiate relevant projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish Lean objectives and goals.
Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones are met.
Analyze process performance data and develop reports for management review.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Lean Six Sigma certification.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Lean process improvement.
Proven record of driving significant business improvements using Lean methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in process mapping and other Lean tools.
