About the Role

PQMS is looking for a Lean Process Improvement Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in process improvement initiatives. As a Lean Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving operational efficiency through the application of Lean principles and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Lean improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization.


  • Provide training and coaching to employees in Lean principles and techniques.


  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and initiate relevant projects.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish Lean objectives and goals.


  • Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones are met.


  • Analyze process performance data and develop reports for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.


  • Lean Six Sigma certification.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Lean process improvement.


  • Proven record of driving significant business improvements using Lean methodologies.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


  • Proficient in process mapping and other Lean tools.
